I was just checking out the Palm Treo Pro. I already have the Palm Treo 750w, not a bad phone - but missing WiFi, which is one reason the Palm Treo Pro appeals to me. But, I have to say, this Palm form factor is so old, even with the centro-ishness of it, that it’s starting to look retro. This phone is like last years features in last decades form factor.
Because I like Palm, kind of the way I like Lindsay Lohan even though everyone seems to pick on her, I took the time to actually mock up what I think the Palm Treo Pro should have looked like. I’ve included an image of the original for comparison.
